Refund Policy

Progressive Academy for Leadership and Etiquette (“PAFLAE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality services. Please review our refund policy below.

Leadership Coaching:

  • For individual leadership coaching sessions, cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty. 
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice is non-refundable.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your initial coaching session, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns. Refunds or alternate arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Business Etiquette Programs and Workshops:

  • For enrollment in group programs and workshops, cancellations made 14 business days prior to the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit towards a future program.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 business days prior to the start date are generally non-refundable.
  • If PAFLAE cancels a program or workshop, participants will receive a full refund of the enrollment fee.

Speaking Engagements:

  • Refund policies for speaking engagements are typically outlined in the individual contract agreed upon with the client. Please refer to your specific agreement for details.

General Refund Conditions:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to brandy@paflae.com.
  • Refunds, if approved, will typically be processed within 5 business days using the original method of payment.
  • PAFLAE reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase or enrollment will apply.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial attendance or non-attendance of programs or workshops, except in cases of documented emergencies and at the discretion of PAFLAE.
